n 11:54 a.m. Tuesday – William Isaac Long, 80, of 7638 W. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
n 12:22 p.m. Tuesday – Jerry Michael Neata, 26, of 186 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft – receiving stolen property. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:37 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy Scott Schoettmer, 53, of 3040 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
n 3:03 p.m. Tuesday – John Jeffery Latta, 44, Churubusco, arrested for non-support of a child. Bond: $4,000.
n 4:08 p.m. Tuesday – Corey Donald Wilcox, 43, Columbia City, arrested for check fraud. Bond: $2,000.
n 3:15 a.m. Thomas E. Hamilton Jr., 49, of 5354 W. Catalpa Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, dealing marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:47 p.m. Tuesday – South Ind. Street, five feet west of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Robert C. Meyers, 70, Woodlawn Drive, Warsaw; William E. Hunt, 40, East CR 800 South, Claypool; Audrey K. Dempsey, 41, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Injuries: Dempsey complained of shoulder pain and Hunt complained of shoulder pain and eye irritation from airbag deployment. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigation.

n 2:18 p.m. Tuesday – 2535 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Driver struck parked vehicle registered to Todd A. Doberstein, North Cheyenne Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Richard G. Hoover, 59, Fort Wayne. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
n 2:40 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Scott Laporte, 37, Niles, Mich.; Caitlin Mersch, 23, East Rochester Street, Akron. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
n 5:29 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of North Ind. 13 and North Grandview Drive, Syracuse. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Audrey L. Fireline, 33, South Harkless Drive, Syracuse. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 6:25 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of West CR 700S and South CR 700W, Claypool. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Cody W. Demske, 17, West CR 700S, Claypool; Patrick W. Lybarger, 43, South CR 600W, Claypool. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
n 5:50 a.m. Wednesday – North CR 700W, 1,300 feet south of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Vehicle registered to Brian J. Elliott, Country Club Lane, Warsaw, left roadway and struck utility pole. Driver was not present at the scene. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

n 12:14 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a report of a mother abandoning her teen son in a trailer in the 2300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
n 3:04 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported the theft of her iPhone in the 100 block of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
n 6:32 p.m. Tuesday – A Warsaw woman reported the theft of her jar of pennies in the 600 block of Hillside Drive. WPD.
