n 9:16 a.m. Monday – Jeffrey C. Boatwright, 44, of 211 N. Main St., Milford, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.
n 10:51 a.m. Monday – Kasey Mae Chilcutt, 25, of 4341 W. CR 100N, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
n 11:22 a.m. Monday – Matthew Scott Simons, 41, of 2767 W. CR 600S, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
n 12:20 p.m. Monday – Jimmy Ford Bryant, 48, Elkhart, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
n 2:43 p.m. Monday – Jeremy Quinn Hardwick, 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $11,500.
n 2:49 p.m. Monday – Robert Lewis Ditton, 40, of 415 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana more than 30 grams. Bond: $2,000.
n 4:59 p.m. Monday – Brandon Ed Rocha, 31, of 8899 E. Black Point Road B, Syracuse, arrested for receiving stolen property. Bond: $10,000.
n 6:16 p.m. Monday – Troy Michael Frieden, 38, of 1607 Villa Ct., North Manchester, arrested for burglary – breaking and entering while armed with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,000.
n 6:50 p.m. Monday – James Rodes, 27, of 3616 W. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 9:52 p.m. Monday – Michael J. Brooks, 30, Peru, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 12:31 a.m. Tuesday – Michael Murray Holt, 21, of 707 E. Center St., #7, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $750.
n 2:30 a.m. Tuesday – Thomas James Bradley, 44, Plainfield, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

n 7:25 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Northbay Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Terrie A. Lytle, 53, Country Club Road, Warsaw; Linda M. Ruley, 64, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damage: less than $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 12:54 p.m. Monday – Frontage Road, Warsaw. Vehicle hit parked vehicle registered to Zella K. Hatfield, West Dogwood Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jerald A. Kipker, 55, South CR 850W, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
n 8 p.m. Monday – North Boeing Road, 950 feet south of East CR 250N, Warsaw. Vehicle went into ditch. Driver: Leanne M. Wellar, 42, West CR 800S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n Saturday – A Cromwell man reported being battered by three adult males. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n Saturday – A Cromwell man reported his live-in girlfriend stole items from him and then pawned them. KCSD.
n Sunday – A Warsaw man reported an unknown subject drove through his yard causing damage. KCSD.
n Sunday – A Claypool woman reported receiving harassing communications. KCSD.
n Sunday – A Warsaw woman reported criminal mischief and violation of a protective order. KCSD.
n A Pierceton man reported theft of firearms, electronics, prescription narcotics and Christmas presents. KCSD.
n Monday – A Warsaw man reported a theft. WPD.
n Monday – A Warsaw woman reported the theft of a weapon from the Palestine area. KCSD.
n Monday – A Claypool man reported his son took unauthorized control of his vehicle. KCSD.
n Monday – A Warsaw man reported a burglary to his residence. KCSD.
n Monday – A disabled vehicle was found to have an intoxicated driver inside. KCSD.
