n 10:01 a.m. Monday – Tracy Gina Miller, 37, of 5547 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a Schedule I controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.
n 10:54 a.m. Monday – Christopher Aaron Susaraba, 23, Mishawaka, arrested for court. No bond set.
n 1:30 p.m. Monday – Christopher Loyal Baldridge, 34, of 427 E. CR 1150N, 1, Milford, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 4:37 p.m. Monday – Kyle Jeffery Moore, 22, of 1826 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
n 5:05 p.m. Monday – Jeremy Lynn Foor, 20, Plymouth, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 6:20 p.m. Monday – Brent Steven Sherow, 22, of 1219 Marilyn Ave., Winona Lake, arrested on a warrent for a failure to appear rearrest. Bond: $25.
n 8:08 p.m. Monday – Tyler Scott Boocher, 19, of 240 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 9:22 p.m. Monday – Jeremy D. Mabie, 33, of 709 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for unlawful sale of a legend drug. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:52 a.m. Monday – Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 50W, Milford. Vehicle struck landscaping rock in roadway, lost control and struck street signs and a fence. Driver: Robbie See, 49, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
n 5 a.m. Monday – Intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 800N, North Webster.
n 8:04 a.m. Monday – North Detroit Street, 200 feet north of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle lost control, drove over the curb and struck a road sign. Driver: Kara N. Armino, 26, West Primrose Court, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 1:22 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Eastlake Drive and Frontage Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Aleasha M. Silva, 26, Lake John Circle, Winona Lake; Debra L. Johnson, 50, East McKenna Road, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
