The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
- 9:11 p.m. Wednesday – Matthew Nolan Mauk, 39, of 105 N. Rebecca St., Claypool, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 12:39 p.m. Thursday – Donald Raymond Lewis, 56, of 410 E. Water St., Akron, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.
- 2:06 p.m. Thursday – Chelsea D. Wagoner, 19, of Fort Wayne, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $1,000.
- 3:41 p.m. Thursday – Ashley Amanda Warren, 24, of 412 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,200.
- 4:47 p.m. Thursday – David Robert Billman, 38, of LaPorte, arrested for driving while suspended and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.
- 5:04 p.m. Thursday – Kristi Dawn Grubbs, 32, of Plymouth, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.
- 5:24 p.m. Thursday – Shilah Renee Hawkins, 39, of Plymouth, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.
Property Damage Accidents
- 8:01 a.m. Dec. 9 – Intersection of CRs 300E and 900N, Leesburg. One vehicle rolled over. Driver: Niccole Paschall, 30, of 16 EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 11:15 a.m. Dec 9 – Intersection of Franklin and Jackson streets, Mentone. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Hannah Boggs, age not available, 203 N. Elm St., Mentone; Linda G. Hatfield, age not available, 201 N. Walnut St., Mentone. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 2:04 p.m. Wednesday – 201 Main St., Leesburg. One vehicle struck a parked vehicle registered to Coca-Cola Inc., South Bend. Driver: Rodney A. Coy, age not available, 215 S. Main St., Milford. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
