The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 2:55 p.m. Wednesday – Cheryl Joyce Deeds, 26, of Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
- 6:32 p.m. Wednesday – Terry Lee Kirkwood, 55, of 11548 N. Ind. 13, Syracuse, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,000.
- 10:08 p.m. Thursday – Lorri Dawn Geberin, 40, of 1404 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for conversion. Bond: $750.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 3:35 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 800N, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Thomas L. Morehouse, 68, of 8492 N. Ind. 15, Milford; Bradley Bibler, 51, of 3763 W. Old 30, Warsaw. Injury: Morehouse complained of pain to the face. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 4:56 p.m Monday.– Intersection of Ind. 14W and CR 100W, Silver Lake. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: Christopher R. Nettrouer, 21, of 10929 S. CR 450E, Claypool. Injury: Nettrouer complained of pain to the head. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. KCSD.

Property Damage Accidents
- 7:15 p.m.Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 19S and CR 1000S, Mentone. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Chris A. Peterson, 48, of 8985 E. CR 450N, Mentone. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
- 6:15 p.m. Wednesday – 109 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Karlie S. Robles, 23, of 1447 S. Ind. 25, Warsaw; Gloria Martinez, 34, of 910 E. Market St., Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 8:05 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Washington and Jefferson streets, Warsaw. One vehicle hit three parked vehicles registered to Nathan Anderson, 310 S. Washington ST., Warsaw, and Staci M. Craft, 10402 S. Ind. 15, Silver Lake. Driver: Matthew Mauk, 39, of 2596 W. CR 100S, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.
- 11:32 p.m. Wednesday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. One vehicle struck a light pole. Driver: Carol S. Burnworth, 47, of 3169 W. Myrtle Glenn, Silver Lake. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
