n 10:38 a.m. Tuesday – Nicole Renee Floyd, 40, of 9358 E. Wizard Of Oz Way, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $5,000.
n 10:09 a.m. Wednesday – Shawn L. Carpenter, 42, of 305 N. Morgan St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $300.
n 10:18 a.m. Wednesday – Jason Earl Swick, 37, of Akron, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
n 11:33 a.m. Wednesday – Gary Steven Kirkwood, 36, of 9397 N. Koher Road, Syracuse, arrested for criminal conversion and possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:20 p.m. Wednesday – Nicholas Alan Boardman, 18, of 6136 W. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
n 9 p.m. Wednesday – Frank John Marquez, 52, of 8882 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.
n 3:09 a.m. today – Shawn Allen Norton, 23, of Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
n 5:24 a.m. today – Michael Alan Rockey, 18, of 708 S. Parkside Drive, Cromwell, arrested for theft valued at less than $100,000. Bond: $500.

n 6:07 a.m. Tuesday – Ind. 15S, 900 feet south of CR 600S, Warsaw. SUV slid off road. Driver: Lisa J. Kipker, 50, CR 850W, Akron. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 7:33 a.m. Tuesday – Old 30, 1,000 feet west of CR 325E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Brent A. Shull, 42, EMS C24 Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 6:14 p.m. Wednesday – CR 650W, 30 feet south of Crystal Lake Road, Atwood. Car hit deer. Driver: Linda L. Martin, 70, of CR 100S, Warsaw. Damage: less than $1,000. KCSD.
n 6:35 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 700W, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Christopher Coady, 41, Texas; Michelle L. Waymouth, 38, Plymouth. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
