n 10:58 a.m. Friday - Kathy Jo Foreman, 29, of 502 W. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for ephedrine restriction.

n 11:17 a.m. Friday - Jonathon Matthew Bland, 22, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested on three counts of check deception. Bond: $875.

n 11:58 a.m. Friday - Hilario Mendez, 25, 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,250.

n 12:52 p.m. Friday - Christina Lavone Manges, 23, of 315 E. Williams St., Milford, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.

n 4:20 p.m. Friday - Joshua Lynn Bays, 31, of 5255 E. Van Ness, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25.

n 5:55 p.m. Friday - Anthony Joseph Fulton, 21, of 1048 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:58 p.m. Friday - Michael Lee Vest, 21, of 1048 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 12:10 p.m. Tuesday - Old 30, 1,000 feet west of CR 250E, Warsaw. Truck hit parked truck registered to Workforce Traffic Management, Fort Wayne. Driver: Brian R. Kinger, 37, West CR 200N, Etna Green. Damage: Less than $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 6:50 a.m. Friday - Crystal Lake Road, 2,500 feet east of CR 400W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Nancy L. Hobbs, 43, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

n 5 p.m. Nov. 29 - Joe Winterrowd, Wallace Street, Leesburg, reported the theft of items from his residence. KCSD.

Warsaw Gets Past Goshen On Penalty Kicks, Advances
A September match between the Warsaw and Goshen girls soccer teams resulted in a 1-1 tie after a hard-fought match. Tuesday night, the two teams met for a second time on a much bigger stage: the opening round of the 3A girls soccer sectional tournament at Elkhart High School. With a winner having to emerge this time around, it came down to penalty kicks, with the Lady Tigers winning 5-3 after a 0-0 tie.
