• 2:29 p.m. Monday – Joseph Allen Mason, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $60,250.
• 4:07 p.m. Monday – Steven Paul Gasaway, 25, of 5774 N. 2nd St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation and failure to appear. Bond: $5,417.
• 5:05 p.m. Monday – Nicholas Lamar Thomas, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Bond: $450.
• 8:38 p.m. Monday – Amanda Lee Snow, 28, Wabash, arrested for driving with a suspended license with prior offense. Bond: $450.

Property Damage Accidents
• 11:31 a.m. Monday – West CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Joshua D. Fitzgerald, 18, North Tepee Drive, Warsaw; Felicia V. Cleto, 21, Wexford Place, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
