- 12:12 p.m. Wednesday – Cory Justin Byall, 19, of Fort Wayne, arrested for criminal recklessness. Bond: $750.
- 2:16 p.m. Wednesday – Christopher Trae Colt, 19, of 509 Alward St., Warsaw, arrested for burglary and theft. No bond set.
- 2:18 p.m. Wednesday – Traci Dianne Craig, 23, of 436 W. Riverchase Drive, Warsaw, arrested on an outstanding warrant. No bond set.
- 6:09 p.m. Wednesday – Genaro Martinez, 27, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 6:40 p.m. Wednesday – Amy Marie Hartley, 36, of 3481 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 10:06 p.m. Wednesday – Justin Michael Lewallen, 29, of 7280 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $341.
- 1:17 a.m. Thursday – Ethan David Jessie, 21, of 4547 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $350.

- 5:18 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs 150N and 650E, Pierceton. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: David M. Patterson, 52, of 7338 E. CR 150N, Pierceton. Injury: Patterson complained of pain throughout his entire body. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 5:37 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East Main Street and North High Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Terren M. Raphel, 21, of 326 Rattington Circle, Warsaw; John W. Sikora, 42, of 609 N. First St., Pierceton. Injury: Sikora complained of pain to his leg. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 1:33 p.m. Wednesday – 3507 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Mary L. Schmidt, 68, of 77 EMS T6 Lane, Leesburg; Faith A. Detwiler, 30, of 10080 N. Turkey Creed Road, Lot 4, Syracuse. Injury: Detwiler complained of neck pain. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
