n 2:17 p.m. Thursday - Patrick Lee Halferty, 51, Albion, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.

n 5 p.m. Thursday - William Edward Benefiel, 17, of 405 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 7 p.m. Thursday - Dustin James Wise, 23, of 9524 N. CR 425W, Milford, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and driving without financial responsibility. Bond: $350.

n 12:25 a.m. today - Michael A. Vining, 35, of 3580 S. Palestine Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation, failure to appear and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $5,650.

n 5:30 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and Old 30, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: James L. Crouse, 22, Phoenix, Ariz. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 1:05 p.m. Wednesday - Ind. 19S, 750 feet north of CR 900N, Nappanee. SUV-tractor-trailer collision. Drivers: Paul W. Cole, 37, Ind. 19, Etna Green; Ronald J. Opple, 48, Ind. 14, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n 11:20 a.m. Thursday - 2562 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Kay I. Neal, 55, Market Street, Warsaw; Dominic M. Regan, 35, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 4:01 p.m. Thursday - CR 400N, 500 feet east of EMS B1 Lane, North Webster. Pickup rollover. Driver: Ryan B. Cramer, 18, EMS B6A Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

n 7:41 p.m. Thursday - US 30E, 1,800 feet east of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Car hit unknown object. Driver: Evlyn M. Wooldrige, 36, Detroit Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
