n 1:38 p.m. Wednesday - Gary Lee Jones, 21, of 2147 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

n 2:15 p.m. Wednesday - Amanda Kats, 35, Elkhart, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:13 p.m. Wednesday - Jennifer Lynn Call, aka Jennifer French, 27, of 304 S. Jefferson St., SIlver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor conversion. Bond: $1,000.

n 5:21 p.m. Wednesday - Rudy Hernandez, 52, of 1824 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.

n 8:07 p.m. Wednesday - Wade Emerson Starkey Jr., 24, of 510 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $15,000.

n 9:33 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher Paul Martin, 36, of 5939 S. CR 775E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.

n 12:24 a.m. today - Augustus Isaiah Bouse, 20, of 802 S. State St., South Whitley, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 1:24 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Kohl's, CR 300N, Warsaw, reported a shoplifter. WPD.

n 6:10 p.m. Wednesday - Vanessa Katherine Jones, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, reported damage to the driver's side window of her vehicle and the theft of cash, headphones and an mp3 player. WPD.
