n 11:25 a.m. Thursday - Rebecca Lynn Nine, 51, of 2157 CR 250, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 1:18 p.m. Thursday - Charles Laustin Kreider, 21, Fort Wayne, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $41,000.

n 7:52 Thursday - Luis Enrique Ruvacaba, 25, of 918 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine and neglect of a minor. Bond: $20,000.

n 8:30 p.m. Thursday - Julio Milan Franciscon, aka Julio Millan, 32, of 918 E. Winona Avenue, arrested for dealing cocaine and neglect of a minor. Bond: $20,000.

n 8:42 p.m. Thursday - Michael Steven Harris, 46, of 2441 CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $10,000.
