n 1:18 p.m. Thursday - Charles Laustin Kreider, 21, Fort Wayne, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $41,000.

n 7:52 Thursday - Luis Enrique Ruvacaba, 25, of 918 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine and neglect of a minor. Bond: $20,000.
