n 2:44 Thursday – Jeremy Allen Garber, 39, of 71 E. South St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 3:32 p.m. Wednesday – Roger Lee Northrup, 55, of 218 N. Sherman St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $744.50.
n 4:39 p.m. Wednesday – Aaron Ray Hill, 35, of 3206 N. CR 1025W, Cromwell, arrested for patrol violation. No bond set.
n 6 p.m. Wednesday – Keith Allen Waldridge, 23, of 4330 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
n 7:22 p.m. Wednesday – Shane Andrew Wright, 25, of 3094 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $750.
n 9:41 p.m. Wednesday – Yosef Mohsen Hajaji, 36, of 1116 W. CR 350W, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age. Bond: $2,000.

n 5:44 p.m. Monday – Ind. 13, 1,000 feet south of CR 150N, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: George E. Elliott, 57, of 308 S. Franklin St., Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sherriff’s Department investigated.
n 6:41 a.m. Tuesday – Ind. 15, 1,000 feet south of CR 350S, Warsaw. Car lost control and left the road. Driver: Regina Poe, 42, of 5381 W. Turner Road, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
n 10:39 a.m. Wednesday – 2501 Walton Boulevard. Car hit parked car. Driver: Linda E. Jones, 60, of 1005 S. Van Hemert Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 4:40 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CR 350N and Riverlawn Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jean A. Oberg, 60, of 3657 E. CR 750N, Leesburg; Brenda J. Wright, 50, of 33 EMS C27A Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

Warsaw Falls To Penn In First Ever Sectional Game
The first ever boys volleyball sectional tournament game for Warsaw came against a familiar playoff foe. Facing off against Penn, the Tigers battled valiantly for four sets, but were unable to finish things off in a 3-1 loss.
