The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 1:47 p.m. Thursday – Matthew Dillan Mahaska, 19, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:49 p.m. Thursday – Vincent Michael Carnegie, 22, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 4:30 p.m. Thursday – Robert Joe Soule, 25, of 3867 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and failure to comply. Bond: $2,022.50.
- 6:01 p.m. Thursday – Donnie Jackson Jr., 22, of 2992 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $2,022.50.
- 6:05 p.m. Thursday – Hailee Blackburn,18, of 405 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $2,000.

Personal Injury Accidents
- 5:30 p.m. Jan. 13 – Intersection of CR 200N and Boeing Road, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Jessica DeLaCruz, 18, East CR 200N, Warsaw. Injuries: DeLaCruz complained of pain to her face; Angelica Romero, 17, Vicky Lane, Warsaw, a passenger in DeLaCruz’s vehicle, suffered minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 7:24 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Husky Trail and Canterbury Lane, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Kamalprect Singh, 29, Sandpiper Drive, Warsaw; Rodriguez Soriano, 42, Ratting Drive, Warsaw; Alexandrea Deeter, 17, Saddle Brook, Warsaw. Injury: Rebecca Soriano, 18, Ratting Drive, Warsaw, a passenger in Soriano’s vehicle, complained of arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

- 2:05 a.m. Thursday – CR 600S, 450 feet west of CR 450W, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Eric A. Smith, 79, West Hoppus Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 8:55 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 1350N, Milford. Van-car collision. Drivers: Bret M. Wood, 20, Goshen; Suzanne R. Flynn, 34, Fishers. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.
- 10:50 a.m. Thursday – Ind. 13N , 1,200 feet north of Old 30, Pierceton. Car went off road. Driver: Todd J. Jones, 23, East 4th Street, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 12:05 p.m. Thursday – 3501 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Paul D. Adkins, 63, East Washington Road, Pierceton; Matthew W. Mawer, 35, East Old 30, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
