n 10:32 a.m. Thursday – Stephanie Puckett, 28, of 2854 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,000.
n 11:38 a.m. Thursday – Charles Frost, 49, of 6379 Ind. 14 E., North Manchester, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $900.
n 11:49 a.m. Thursday – Justin Lewallen, 30, of 7280 E. CR 650N, North Webster, arrested for burglary and failure to appear. Bond: $50,000.
