Injuries: Rowland complained of knee pain; Arianna Carroll, 17, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of neck pain; Darnisha Bradley, 19, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of knee pain; Destiny Bradley, 20, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of back pain.
