n 8:12 p.m. Thursday – Michael Andrew Sulver, 53, of 715 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $500.
n 10 p.m. Thursday – William Arthur Weedling, 51, Plymouth, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.
n 10:10 p.m. Thursday – Richard Lee Hardwick III, 25, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $6,000.

n 7:32 a.m. Thursday – CR 300S, 250 feet east of County Farm Road, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Michael Shepherd, 31, CR 750W, Akron. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
n 8:16 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of South Detroit and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Haley J. Wickens, 16, Shady Lane, Warsaw; Robert A. Willoughby, 47, Monon. Damage: Less than $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
