n 2:42 p.m. Wednesday – Dallas L. Deckys, 32, of 2414 S. Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,432.
n 2:56 p.m. Wednesday – Landon John Lewis, 18, of 3224 S. CR 650E, Akron, arrested for burglary with breaking and entering and theft of less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $20,000.
n 3:41 p.m. Wednesday – Richard L. Milton, 64, of 7356 W. CR 950N, Nappanee, arrested for felony habitual traffic violation. Bond: $5,000.
n 5:27 p.m. Wednesday – Skyler Lee Dutton, 20, of 9752 S. Pheasant Place, Claypool, arrested for theft of less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $2,000.
n 6:42 p.m. Wednesday – Juan Carlos Montes, 21, of 920 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond: $355.
n 7:27 p.m. Wednesday – Jason Lee Busz, 32, of 316 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of precursors, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and driving while suspended. No bond set.
n 7:56 p.m. Wednesday – Rodney Lee Castle, 44, of 7703 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and disorderly conduct – fighting. Bond: $20,350.
n 9:58 p.m. Wednesday – Laydon Butler Umanos, 28, of 9752 S. Pheasant Place, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and refusal to identify self. Bond: $1,150.

n 6:40 p.m. Tuesday – East CR 500N, 800 feet west of EMS T7 Lane, Leesburg. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Alan R. Hect, 29, of West Market Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
n 7:05 p.m. Wednesday – South Union Street, 300 feet south of Godman Street, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Jeanine K. Kinsey, 56, East Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw: Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
