n 4:04 a.m. Tuesday – Dalmacio Gutierrez, 50, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $5,000.
n 6:20 a.m. Tuesday – Jesse Carlton, 22, High Point, N.C., arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
n 6:57 a.m. Tuesday – Robert Mansfield, 48, of 10766 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

Injuries: Rowland complained of knee pain; Arianna Carroll, 17, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of neck pain; Darnisha Bradley, 19, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of knee pain; Destiny Bradley, 20, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Rowland’s vehicle, complained of back pain.
