n 11:33 a.m. Tuesday – David Michael Vela, 28, of 201 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $25,500.
n 11:38 a.m. Tuesday – Theresa Ann Hanger, 36, Elkhart, arrested on a warrant for a civil matter. Bond: $800.
n 11:57 a.m. Tuesday – Bradley R. Mathis, 38, Mishawaka, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,500.
n 2:55 p.m. Tuesday – Nichole Joann Hierholzer, 34, of 533 W. Market St., A, Warsaw, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value. Bond: $1,000.
n 3:51 p.m. Tuesday – Robert Wayne Oldaker, 23, of 2441 West CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
n 10:08 p.m. Tuesday – Gary Eugene Drudge, 58, of 428 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 4:12 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Center and North Harrison streets, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Carolyn M. McCord, 27, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Jeannie I. Sanburn, 39, West Center Street, Warsaw; Brigette S. Young, 44, South CR 350E, Warsaw. Injuries: McCord and passengers transported to Parkview Medical Center for medical clearance. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 12:24 p.m. Tuesday – Sunset Drive, one foot east of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Vehicle left roadway and struck utility pole. Driver: Camera L. Hyde, 24, South Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Damages: $750 to $1,000. WPD.

n 11:16 p.m. Tuesday – Police transported an individual located in the 3500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, to the Bowen Center for emergency detention. WPD.
n 1:27 a.m. Wednesday – Police located a stolen vehicle abandoned in the 800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
