n 9:04 a.m. Thursday - Thomas Scott Meredith, 24, of 8791 S. South Hill Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.

n 10:37 a.m. Thursday - Daniel David McNeff, 49, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure/refusal to comply. Bond: $450.

n 8:37 p.m. Thursday - John Leslie Myers, 53, of 8106 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 5:03 a.m. today - Phillip Charles Brown, 43, of 1319 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.

n 12:31 p.m. Thursday - An employee of Owen's Fuel Center, Center Street, Warsaw, reported receiving a counterfeit $5 bill. WPD.

n 2:47 p.m. Thursday - Paul T. Heisman, Ranch Road, Warsaw, reported a break-in to his residence and damage to a door jamb and lock. Damage: $150. WPD.

n 5:57 p.m. Thursday - A Leesburg woman reported being battered. KCSD.

n 7:15 p.m. Thursday - Ricardo A. Cuatle, CR 175E, Warsaw, reported a window broken out of his vehicle. KCSD.
