n 1:27 p.m. Wednesday - David Michael Rivich, 34, of 5584 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for probation violation and felony non-support. Bond: $45,000.
n 2 p.m. Wednesday - Hannah Lanay Miller, 18, of 1611 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for theft-shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.
n 7:56 p.m. Wednesday - Cart William Burt, 57, of 7194 W. Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
