• 12:38 p.m. Tuesday – Brian Lee Kern, 30, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.
• 2:16 p.m. Tuesday – Debra Jo Holaway, 55, of 72876 Court Road 29, Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.
• 3:14 p.m. Tuesday – Preston Steven Bartow, 28, of 11341 North 1000E, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
• 8:33 p.m. Tuesday – Douglas Charles Spangle, 22, of 2784 West CR 1300N, North Manchester, arrested for disorderly conduct – fighting, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $1,050.
• 9:24 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Lee Straka, 34, of 9385 North CR 600E, North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
• 9:24 p.m. Tuesday – Dave Louis Jones II, of 358 Ohio St., Wabash, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 11:41 p.m. Tuesday – Sierra Danielle Hart, 19, of 311 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500.
• 12:40 a.m. Wednesday – Brandon Lewis Fruit, 28, of 537 S. Harding St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct – noise. Bond: $300.

• 9:29 p.m. Monday – Lynn Lane, Warsaw. Vehicle collided with a parked vehicle belonging to Lois R. Poe, Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: Caitlin R. Rodgers, 17, Smith Street, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investivated.
• 9 a.m. Tuesday – County Farm Road, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Kimberly A. Baker, 26, Packerton Road, Winona Lake; Joel T. Beam, 40, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damages: under $750. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 9:40 a.m. Tuesday – North CR 425W, Nappanee. Driver ran off of the road and struck a stop sign. Driver: Jon G. Lamon, 69, North CR 150W, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.[[In-content Ad]]
