• 12:55 p.m. Monday – Terry Lougene Roberts, 29, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:02 p.m. Monday – Jeffrey James Shelton Jr., 32, of 35 Fairlane Drive, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $4,000.
• 1:16 a.m. today – Kenny Dale Purvis, 37, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for probation violation and corrupt business influence. No bond set.

Personal Injury Accident
• 11:30 p.m. Monday – North CR 400E, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Deborah L. Scharf, 60, East CR 400N, Warsaw. Injuries: Scharf complained of leg pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:27 a.m. Monday – Intersection of North Main and East Fourth streets, Milford. Vehicle hit two unoccupied cars registered to Brittin M. Boatwright, North Main Street, Milford. Driver: Jacqueline C. Pedraza, 21, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
• 7:48 a.m. Monday – Intersection of South County Farm Road and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Crystal L. White, 53, West CR 300S, Warsaw; Chance Z. Blair, 17, South CR 675W, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10 a.m. Monday – Intersection of East Center Street and Frontage Road, Warsaw. Hit-skip accident. Driver: James J. Kussmaul, 60, North Beechwood Street, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
