 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:49 a.m. Saturday – Ashlee Louise Assaf, 26, Columbia City, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:30 a.m. Saturday – Nathan Paul Oglesbee, 28, of 1919 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for theft with prior offense and dealing a look-alike substance. Bond: $11,700.
• 5:30 a.m. Saturday – Jeanetta Kay Perkins, 52, of 1919 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:33 a.m. Saturday – Marlis Eli Mason, 57, of 314 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.
• 4:36 a.m. Sunday – Araceli Rico, 38, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Lot 51, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7 p.m. Sunday – Patrick Casey Ragan, 27, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 7:41 p.m. Sunday – Tyler James Crittendon, 20, Huntington, arrested for theft and on a warrant for another Indiana agency. Bond: $600.
• 8:18 p.m. Sunday – Jacob Bryan Truman, 22, of 1708 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 11:13 p.m. Sunday – Trenton Francis Hairrell, 21, of 1104 N. Crete Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 11:37 p.m. Sunday – Shawn E. Schwarz, 49, of 713 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Personal Injury Accident
• 11:52 a.m. Saturday – 1000 Husky Trail, Warsaw. Vehicle hit pedestrian. Driver: David L. Kuhn, 66, West Monroe Street, Mentone. Pedestrian: David A. Jones, 72, Rattington Circle, Warsaw. Injuries: Jones complained of arm pain. Damages: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:48 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 350S, Warsaw. Fatal two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kevin C. Bell, 49, South Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake; Jeff D. Gable, 51, North CR 300W, North Manchester. Passengers: Vickie L. Hepler, 55, South Freedom Parkway, Winona Lake; Michael Bell, 12, Valparaiso. Injuries: Gable was killed; Hepler complained of chest pain; Michael Bell complained of arm pain. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 7:42 p.m. Saturday – East Ind. 30, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Matthew T. Persons, 38, Chicago. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
