n 12:22 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy Warrix, 42, Auburn, arrested for battery. No bond set.
n 2:51 p.m. Tuesday – William Thomas, 19, of 27 Pequignot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
n 19:47 p.m. Tuesday – Alan Speicher, 21, of 111 E. South St., Milford, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

Drivers: Ahsten Jackson, 18, Lakeview Boulevard, Warsaw; Cecil Comadoll III, 38, West CR 600N, Warsaw; Gerri Burk, 57, North CR 300E, Milford. Injuries: Jackon complained of leg pain; Comadoll III complained of abdomen pain. Damage: $10,000 to $26,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
