n 4:16 a.m. Thursday – Virginia Ruggles-Sleighter, 34, of 3242 Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and intimidation. Bond: $15,000.
n 10:23 a.m. Thursday – Joseph M. Hardwick, 22, of 706 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter and for failure to appear. Bond: $3,500.
n 12:30 p.m. Thursday – Eric Michael Graham, 29, of 942 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of chemical reagents/precursors – methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, and theft – receiving stolen property. No bond set.
n 12:57 p.m. Thursday – Johnathon Michael Julian Stump, 18, of 103 W. Pearl St., 4, Syracuse, arrested for vicarious sexual gratification with a victim over 13 and under 16. Bond: $2,000.
n 10:11 p.m. Thursday – James Lee Griggs Jr., 22, no address provided, arrested for theft – less than $100,000. Bond: $2,000.
n 1:40 a.m. Friday – Cort Cordella Lenfesty, 61, of 3100 Frontage Road, 66, Warsaw, arrested for trespassing – refusing to leave after being asked. Bond: $300.

Fuller, 21, West Country Drive, Leesburg. Injuries: Fuller and her passenger, Kerry F. Fuller, 49, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, complained of neck pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. SOUTH BEND — After a year of collaboration, data analysis and community engagement, the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) unveiled Move Safe Michiana – the Regional Transportation Safety Action Plan. This comprehensive strategy addresses roadway safety in St. Joseph, Elkhart, Kosciusko and Marshall counties and is now available for public review and comment until June 9.
