 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 11:30 a.m. Friday – Vietmy Loan Montgomery, 27, of 407 E. Palm Drive 2, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
n 12:29 p.m. Friday – Terry E. Powell, 49, of 718 E. CR 1250N, B, Milford. arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se and possession of marijuana. Bond: $1,000.
n 2:06 p.m. Friday – Henry Ray Kidd, 19, of 501 E. CR 1300N, Milford, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500.
n 5 p.m. Friday – Edward Russell Madison, 45, Alliance, Ohio, arrested on two charges of stalking and invasion of privacy. Bond: $145,000.
n 5:22 p.m. Friday – Kyler J. Holcomb, 24, of 604 W. Portland St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle with a BAC of .08 to .14. No bond set.
n 6 p.m. Friday – Malachi Hanes Sweeny, 21, of 1508 Chestnut St., 1, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.
n 6 p.m. Friday – Mark Allen Harness, 56, of 2578 E. Evergreen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.

n 10:07 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Old 30, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Mitchell G. Kinsinger, 52, Orange City, Iowa; John L. Swanson, 70, Eola Drive, Winona Lake. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 5:30 p.m. Thursday– A Warsaw woman reported a business was burglarized sometime during the night in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
n 8:17 p.m. Thursday ­– A Syracuse woman reported domestic battery in the 1100 block of North Iroquois Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
n 9 p.m. Thursday – A Warsaw man advised of criminal mischief to a business in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
n 6:06 a.m. Friday – A male subject was stopped for multiple traffic offenses in the 3500 block of East US 30, Warsaw, and it was later discovered that he had a suspended-prior driver’s license. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
n 3:36 p.m. Friday – A Warsaw woman advised of a drive-off/theft of gas in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.[[In-content Ad]]
