County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 11:02 a.m. Friday – Stephanie Marie Grossman, 27, of 1100 Elm St., Rochester, arrested for welfare fraud – counterfeit. No bond set.
n 12:07 p.m. Friday – Ezekial Dewayne Fitzpatrick, 19, of 316 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500.
n 1:09 p.m. Friday – Jacob Stanley Snoke, 25, of 1829 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear – original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,000.

n 6:27 p.m. Friday – North CR 300E, 32 feet north of East CR 1000N, Milford. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Lori R. Smith, 51, North Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Incidents
n 1:32 p.m. Friday– An employee of Warsaw Bowl reported the theft of cash from the cash register. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 2 p.m. Friday – A Warsaw man reported the theft of prescription medication and other items from his vehicle in the 1900 block of Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw. WPD.[[In-content Ad]]

County Council Adopts 2025 Budget
Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.

TVHS Renovations Expected To Be ‘Substantially Complete' By Month’s End
