Bond: $5,250. n 4:53 p.m. Friday – Billy Joe Pearson, 23, of 1208 S. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600. n 5:11 p.m. Friday – Todd Alan Swanson, 50, of 205 E.
