- 1:08 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Allen Morris, 30, Millersburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

- 2:40 p.m. Tuesday - Peter Joseph Freriolos, 47, of 1041 Grandview Boulevard, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
