- 2:55 a.m. Tuesday - Joshua Bryan Puckett, 24, of 604 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

- 11:19 a.m. Tuesday - Dan Lee Kessler, 44, of 9449 E. CR 1050N, Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended and failure to appear. Bond: $1,800.

- 1:08 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Allen Morris, 30, Millersburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350.

- 2:40 p.m. Tuesday - Peter Joseph Freriolos, 47, of 1041 Grandview Boulevard, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

- 3:44 p.m. Tuesday - Julie Lynne Manns, 41, of 216 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of ephedrine restriction. No bond set.

- 4:35 p.m. Tuesday - Wade Vaulters Adams, 18, of 16182 S. Edgewater Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.

- 5:03 p.m. Tuesday - Donnie Jackson Jr., 18, of 2992 S. County Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.

- 5:20 p.m. Tuesday - Mitchell Elder, 41, of 107 S. 6th St., Pierceton, arrested for check deception. Bond: $400.

- 6:53 p.m. Tuesday - Spenser Wayne Shoemaker, 17, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

- 8:31 p.m. Tuesday - Gilberto Virgil Hernandez, 26, of 2119 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $5,000.

- 4:07 a.m. today - Jeremy Allen Worthington, 20, of 3746 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $550.
