The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

n 2:27 p.m. Wednesday - Nami Mae Fisher, 60, of 30 EMS D23A Lane, Syracuse, arrested for being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:09 p.m. Wednesday - Jamie Lynn Westness, 19, of 6160 S. CR 250E, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 6:25 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas Adam Lindquist, 31, Michigan, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

n 8:58 p.m. Wednesday - Nathaniel David Craig, 30, Toledo, Ohio, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $300.

n 10:56 p.m. Wednesday - Jim Edward Ryan Ward, 28, of 6687 East Old 30, Pierceton, arrested for an illegal drug lab and battery. Bond: $10,750.

n 11:08 p.m. Wednesday - Tiffany Page Anderson, 26, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

n 6:50 p.m. Intersection of U.S. 30W and Old 30E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kacey L. Abbott, Clinic Court, Warsaw; Shivani Kual, 31, Chicago. Injuries: Abbott complained of chest pain; Tyler Watts, 7, East Longspur Lane, Warsaw, a passenger in Abbott's vehicle complained of back pain; Mariebal Guerra, 25, East CR 200N, Warsaw, a passneger in Abbott's vehicle complained of abdomen pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 11:05 a.m. Wednesday - WPD received a report of a male student exposing himself to another student at Warsaw Community High School.

n 11:23 a.m. Wednesday - A Warsaw man reported being battered. WPD.

n 2:32 p.m. Wednesday - A Kohl's employee, West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported a theft. Value: $36. WPD.

n 4:12 p.m. Wednesday - A Burket woman reported being threatened. WPD.

n 11:32 p.m. Wednesday - An American Legion employee, North Buffalo Street, Warsaw, reported damage to the building. WPD.[[In-content Ad]]
