 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 10:20 a.m. Monday – Amber Rose Koebcke, 28, of 8899 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
n 2:14 p.m. Monday – Tyler Scott Boocher, 18, of 240 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value and false informing. Bond: $2,000.

n 1:21 p.m. Monday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Hit-skip accident. Remaining driver: Robert B. Harkness, 65, Liberty Drive, Winona Lake. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 6:12 p.m. Monday – Intersection of West Main and North Lake streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Donald K. Reinholt, 76, Gilliam Drive, Warsaw; Jonathan E. Cosby, 25, North Sullivan Road, Leesburg. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
n 10:27 p.m. Monday – South Ind. 25, 32 feet west of South Bruner Road, Mentone. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Cassie A. Kuhn, 28, South CR 950W, Mentone. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 1:21 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw man reported a hit-skip accident in the 2200 block of East Center Street. WPD.
n 3:35 a.m. Monday – Police responded to a report of gas theft in the 9300 block of South Ind. 15, Silver Lake. KCSD.
