n 10:23 a.m. Thursday – Karen M. Bartley, 35, of 337 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for neglect of a dependent by endangering life or health with a serious injury. No bond set.
n 11:17 a.m. Thursday – Austin J. Guerrero, 18, of 9812 E. King Arthur Trail, Cromwell, arrested for theft less than $100,000 value. Bond: $2,000.
n 12:10 p.m. Thursday – Hector L. Santiago-Gonzalez, 22, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Bond: $450.
n 1 p.m. Thursday – Manuel J. Contreras, 25, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for using a false name or address on driver's license. Bond: $500.
n 1:17 p.m. Thursday – Francis Sheehan, 62, of 173 EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $10,000.
n 3:51 p.m. Thursday – Ryan M. Austin, 35, of 2509 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $500.
n 5:13 p.m. Thursday – William B. Butt, 57, of 603 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in a reckless manner. Bond: $550.
n 7:43 p.m. Thursday – Brian M. Todd, 37, of 8707 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for theft less than $100,000 value. Bond: $2,000.
n 9:29 p.m. Thursday – Andrea R. Madosh, 34, of 661 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $750.
n 4:59 p.m. Thursday – Charles S. Lentz, 35, Atlanta, Ga., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

n 4 p.m. Wednesday – A Syracuse woman reported being threatened by a suspect on Venetian Drive. KCSD.
