- 12:53 p.m. Monday – Thomas Alexander Washington, 44, Chicago, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 2:09 a.m. today – Juan Pablo Marquez, 25, of 340 Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $11,000.

- 3:12 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 250N, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Janice K. Bryer, 47, of East CR 200N, Warsaw; Mary K.Riehle, 69, West Clearwater Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Bryer complained of chest pain; Riehle complained of leg pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
- 7:30 p.m. Sunday – Barbee Lake Road, 50 feet south of EMS 1 Lane, Leesburg. Mo-ped hit guard rail. Driver: William O’Mara, 51, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Driver: O’Mara suffered a leg injury. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
