n 3:48 a.m. Wednesday - Tristan Allan Young, 25, of 8090 W. Division Road, Pierceton, arrested for burglary, on an out-of-county warrant and failure to appear. Bond: $6,764.59.

n 5:04 a.m. Wednesday - Marisela Ortis, 36, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 12:51 p.m. Wednesday - Elizabeth Ferguson, 46, Gas City, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:31 p.m. Wednesday - Derek Andrew Wray, 19, of 1962 Ind. 10, Bourbon, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:54 p.m. Wednesday - Lauvenico Aguilar Regalado, 23, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
