n 9:43 a.m. Monday – Dustin A. Sloan, 29, of 9462 N. Ind. 19, 34, Etna Green, arrested for two counts of failure to appear – original charge Class A misdemeanor, and on two warrants in civil matters. Bond: $29,500.
n 2:13 p.m. Monday – Dawn Ranae Dixon, 31, of 10965 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for dealing in a Schedule I controlled substance. Bond: $10,000.
n 4 p.m. Monday – Dennis Lee Lorenz, 63, Lowell, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $5,100.
n 5:08 p.m. Monday – Boris Lee Harvey, 21, of 313 N. Mill St., B, North Manchester, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value.
n 5:14 p.m. Monday – Zackery Alexander Drudge, 21, of 206 E. 5th Street, North Manchester, arrested for theft – less than $100,000 in value, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.
n 6:07 p.m. Monday – Kenneth Riley Schnitz, 63, of 1906 Sand Castle Drive B, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $350.
n 8:52 p.m. Monday – Michael Neil Bowman, 36, Wabash, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
n 12 a.m. Tuesday – Terren M. Raphael, 23, of 326 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

n 9:23 p.m. Monday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and North CR 350W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Wayne B. Shumway, 31, Lake City, Mich.; David Mann, 27, Roseville, Minn. Injuries: Shumway was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a drug and alcohol screening at the request of his employer. Mann was transported to KCH with complaints of chest pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 6:36 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Bowser Road and South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Wayne E. Lyon, 40, West Himes Street, North Webster; Darla K. Omara, 56, North Mcculloch Road, Syracuse. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
