n 7:06 a.m. Thursday - Jose Rodrigo Mendoza, 19, of 313 S. McKinley St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended and failure to appear. Bond: $1,050.

n 8:06 a.m. Thursday - Jorge Moyotl Valazquez, 19, of 4330 N. Old 15, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 11:49 a.m. Thursday - Zachary Nathaniel Meck, 21, of 3491 W. CR 700N, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $375.

n 12:59 p.m. Thursday - Julie Christine Pifer, aka Julie Christine Pifer-Treesh, 22, of 3115 Sandra Lane, Winona Lake, arrested on two counts of check deception. Bond: $475.

n 3 p.m. Thursday - Kenneth Ray Stout, 30, of 120 N. 4th St., Liberty Mills, arrested for ephedrine restriction. No bond set.

n 5:34 p.m. Thursday - Shane Allen Beliles, 21, of 520 N. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 6:41 p.m. Thursday - Nathaniel K. Duval, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for criminal confinement, intimidation with a weapon, misdemeanor battery and resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $5,000.

n 6:46 p.m. Thursday - Windy Nichole Wrenn, 32, of 803 Southside Drive, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $250.

n 7:30 p.m. Thursday - Ryan Ray Reed, 31, of 436 S. Columbia Street, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

Injuries: Williams complained of abdominal pain; Hilton and a passenger in his vehicle, Sharlene Hilton, 18, Elkhart, both complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
