n 11:48 a.m. Wednesday - Josue Clara, 20, of 509 Lura Circle, Milford, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 4:22 p.m. Wednesday - Gabriel Gauna, aka Elijio Vela, Nate Fransco, Elijio Velia and Gabriel Almague, 30, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $10,000.

n 2:54 p.m. Wednesday - 2501 Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Glenn C. Byers, 75, Robby Drive, Warsaw; Kyle P. Fahey, 20, Rockville. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n 3:11 p.m. Wednesday - Anchorage Road, 75 feet east of Ind. 15, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Christopher W. Kelley, 35, Southwood Drive, Warsaw; Vikrant Singh, 39, Goshen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

n 5:27 p.m. Wednesday - Hand Avenue, 200 feet south of Market Street, Warsaw. Truck got stuck under viaduct. Driver: Zachary J. Lee, 20, CR 600W, Mentone. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

n 6:25 p.m. Wednesday - 315 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Tyler R. Adams, 18, CR 400N, Warsaw; Susan J. Bruce, 62, CR 100E, Warsaw. Damage $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

n 4 p.m. Tuesday - Christine M. Shafer, U.S. 30, Pierceton, reported a break-in to her vehicle and the theft of a purse, cash and prescription medication. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 5:56 p.m Tuesday - Cyndi A. Heckaman, Ind. 13, Syracuse, reported the theft of a tote bag, 15 to 20 audio books and seven shirts from her vehicle. WPD.

n 6:18 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremiah Donald Lowe, Sophie Lane, Warsaw, reported damage to his vehicle. WPD.

n 4:29 p.m. Wednesday - Heather Jewl Thompson, Bunting Lane, Warsaw, reported the theft of a wallet. WPD.

Divide And Conquer
Editor, Times-Union: It is glaringly obvious to anyone with functioning brain cells that today’s MAGA (formerly known as the Grand Old Party) has only one strategy to win the 2024 election: divide and conquer and pull the wool over the voting public’s eyes. Their playbook consists of misinformation, distortion of facts, projections, conspiracy theories and plain old bald-faced lies. If they cannot find damning evidence of lawlessness or evil deeds in their opponents’ resumes, they just make something up: Kamala’s intelligence or race, Tim’s real pet dog or his mysterious connection to China; Biden’s unwillingness to help America’s catastrophe victims.
