- 4:01 p.m. Tuesday – Roy Bob Williams, 61, of 6786 N. Kalorama Road, Leesburg, arrested for burglary. Bond: $5,000.
- 5:25 p.m. Tuesday – Zachary Dale Smith, 21, of 508 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
- 5:49 p.m. Tuesday – Dane Ryan Gohring, 19, of 338 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $300.
- 5:57 p.m. Tuesday – Ryan Robert Brown, 20, of 1021 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespassing. Bond: $300.
- 9:28 p.m. Tuesday – Ralph J. Ramey, 50, of Bourbon, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.
- 5:21 a.m. today – Adalberton Meyo, 44, of 1202 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

- 9:23 a.m Tuesday – Intersection of Anchorage Road and North Detroit Street. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Charlotte S. Dohner, 69, Auburn; Thea E. Mort, 51, Mineral Springs, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 10:33 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Charles L. Reiken, 78, Peru; Janie A. Wheeler, 73, Ross Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
- 6:08 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Center Street and Park Avenue. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ryan Aranda, 29, of Ridge Valley Road, Warsaw; Orin Boyd, 40, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

- 6 p.m. Sept. 26 – David Smith, Bruner Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of his riding mower. KCSD.
