- 6:09 a.m. Tuesday – John Clayton, 25, of 1608 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 1:50 p.m. Tuesday – Ryan Weidenbener, 31, of 1458 Rutland Court, Winona Lake, arrested for forgery and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. Bond: $25,000.
- 3:35 p.m. Tuesday – Francisco Gonzalez, 24, of 704 Southside Drive, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of an accident. Bond: $2,000.
- 12:40 a.m. Wednesday – James Ousley, 51, of 6333 E. CR 700S, Pierceton, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 2:15 a.m. Wednesday – Ariel Caudill, 21, of 201 E. Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $500.
- 2:50 a.m. Wednesday – Cory Walton, 20, of 812 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. No bond set.

- 5:44 a.m. Tuesday – Ind. 15 and CR 600N., Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Joseph Hettinger, 33, Old 30E, Warsaw; Gary Weaver, 55, South Kinsey Road, Leesburg. Injuries: Weaver complained of chest pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
