- 12:08 a.m. Saturday – Nicholas Richardson, 22, of 518 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $350.
- 2:55 a.m. Saturday – Cassandra Renee Bowers, 21, Sellersburg, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
- 3:59 a.m. Saturday – Eric Todd Wentz, 32, of 3762 W. Old 30, lot 68, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

- 12:27 a.m. Sunday – Nathan Paul Oglesbee, 24, of 918 E. Center St., Apt. B, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:16 a.m. Sunday – Patrick Eugene Coakley, 30, Riverview Mich., arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $10,000.
