The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 7:12 a.m. Friday - Anthony Roy Hill, 22, of 5306 N. CR 400W, Warsaw, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $1,000.
n 1:16 p.m. Friday - Daniel Ybarra, 26, of 1238 S. Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.
n 2:34 p.m. Friday - Shannon Boyer, 32, of 641 Walter Way, Warsaw, arrested for possession of legends or precursors to manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $20,000.
n 8:08 p.m. Friday - Joshua Lee Kreft, 34, of 2653 N. Lakeview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.
n 8:33 p.m. Friday - Ian Joseph Snyder, 22, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
