n 10:25 a.m. Tuesday - Kevin Michael Hall, 32, of 9498 E. CR 250N, Pierceton, arrested for theft from a business and probation violation. Bond: $7,000.

n 1:11 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Wayne Oldaker, 18, Peru, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

n 1:59 p.m. Tuesday - Kirk Alan Hunsberger, 47, of 1133 S. CR 675W, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 2:16 p.m. Tuesday - Joshua Earl Myers, 18, Noblseville, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $550.

n 2:36 p.m. Tuesday - Terry A. Korb, 48, of 6947 W. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 5:58 p.m. Tuesday - Kenneth England, 42, Kendallville, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $300.

n 2:03 a.m. today - Stephen Eugen Baker, 41, of 4885 N. CR 475E, Leesburg, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement, driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $3,000.

n 7:24 a.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and CR 350N, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Lee A. Ayers, 56, Harrison Township, Mich.; Jonathan Snodderly, 47, East CR 250N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.

n 7:49 a.m. Friday - U.S. 30E, 1,500 feet east of Parker Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Erasmo D. Esparenza, 36, Goshen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500.

n 7:30 a.m. Tuesday - Old 30E, 125 feet east of Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Van hit deer. Driver: Laura L. Watson, 46, East Davilla Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 5:23 p.m. Tuesday - Nicole Lee Chillcutt, East Clark Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a bicycle. Value: $99. WPD.
