The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

- 10:12 a.m. Wednesday – Joe Douglas Crace, 46, of 501 Old Father St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
- 3:22 p.m. Wednesday – Robert Cramer Bentley, 32, of 104 Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear in court. Bond: $750.
- 4:54 p.m. Wednesday – Mate G. Queme, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for aiding and abetting a criminal.  Bond: $10,000.
- 6:44 p.m. Wednesday – Janet Lee Ong, 44, of 507 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for filing a false police report. Bond: $500.
- 10:40 p.m. Wednesday – Michaun Victorian Ervin, 20, Gary, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 2:46 a.m. Thursday – Steven Brent Starket, 24, Mareno, Ohio, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.

- 6:38 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 North and Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Teresa M. Applegate, 39, of 337 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw; Christine M. Smith, 42, of 2084 Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Applegate complained of chest pain, Smith complained of leg pain and Matthew D. Applegate, 14, of 337 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, complained of leg pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department Investigated.

Property Damage Accidents
- 6:07 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Prairie Alley and Prairie Street, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Heidi R. Dolbee, 35, East Garfield Street, Warsaw; the second driver fled the scene. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
- 10:39 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 13 North and Old Ind. 13, Pierceton. One vehicle struck a utility pole. Driver: James L. Griffith, 34, East Shoop Road, Pierceton. Damage:$5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
- 12:30 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 13 North and CR 350N, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Joshua L. Meek, 27, West CR 900S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 8 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 325W, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a deer. Driver: Nicole L. Fokey, 28, Plymouth. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
- 5:03 p.m. Tuesday – 3350 E. U.S. 30, Warsaw. One vehicle struck a guardrail. Driver: Samantha Crisp, 32, East Wooster Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
