- 3:10 a.m. Tuesday - Kenneth Lee Barnett, 51, of Empire, Ala., was arrested for intimidation. Bond: $2,000.
- 4:15 a.m. Tuesday - James Lewis Griffith, 35, of 7455 East Shoop Road, Pierceton, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 4:58 a.m. Tuesday - Daniel Duane Stiles, 52, of 512 West Jackson Street, Mentone, was arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $750
- 11:13 a.m. Tuesday - Dustin Curtis Wright, 21, of Columbia City, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and probation violation. Bond: $12,000.
