- 1:27 p.m. Thursday - Diana Sue O'Brien, 57, Culver, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.

- 1:37 p.m. Thursday - Jason Marsillett, 27, of 902 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested on three counts of check deception. Bond: $675.

- 2:03 p.m. Thursday - Daniel Leonard Hawkins, 37, of 600 N. Colfax, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
