n 3:15 p.m. Thursday - Jami Janelle Chandler, 48, South Charleston, W.V., arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 3:20 p.m. Thursday - Jasper Paul Shepherd, 25, of 20 EMS T4 Lane, North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 4:03 p.m. Thursday - Brian Carl Snider, 36, Albion, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 7:37 p.m. Thursday - Steven T. Hatcher, 43, of 470 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and false police reporting. Bond: $500.

n 7:53 p.m. Thursday - Jeremy Todd Guthrie, 37, of 1810 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

n 8:26 p.m. Thursday - Karolyn Jane Guthrie, 43, of 1810 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-count warrant. Bond: $1,700.

n 9:26 p.m. Thursday - Zachary Rex Kerr, 20, of 10491 S. Pearson Boulevard, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

n 9:30 p.m. Thursday - Charles Douglas Zollinger, 19, of 320 E. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond; $350.

n 8 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Eastlake Drive and East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Tatiana V. McClery, 41, East CR 400S, Warsaw; Travis S. Kempton, 20, South Lynwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
