n 9:24 a.m. Thursday - James Hillurd Hurd III, 22, of 5822 E. Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.

n 11:19 a.m. Thursday - Mitchell Patrick Hall, 38, Wolcotville, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

n 5 p.m. Thursday - Michael Allen Vanlaningham, 54, of 1912 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.

n 5:30 p.m. Thursday - Elliott Joseph Enders, 54, of 1817 W. Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 6 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Aaron Susaraba, 19, of 10499 S. Bouse Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement. Bond: $500.

n 9:39 p.m. Thursday - Danielle L. Mounsey, 21, Millersburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $750.
