n 11:04 a.m. Tuesday - Karla Sue Robles, 19, of 773 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.

n 12:50 p.m. Tuesday - Anna M. Baldridge, 56, of 3762 Old 30 West, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,216.

n 2:56 p.m. Tuesday - Alajandro Jimenez, 25, of 691 N. CR 700E, Rochester, arrested for forgery, identity theft and identity deception. Bond: $5,000.

n 3:25 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremy Louis Coburn, 28, of 15534 U.S. 6, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.

n 8:06 p.m. Tuesday - Danny Lee Prater, 22, of 5790 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for two counts of possession of paraphernalia, failure to appear and strangulation. Bond: $750.

n 9:09 p.m. Tuesday - Stephanie Dawn Creson, 24, Muncie, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,000.

n 1:01 a.m. Wednesday - Melissa Loretta Varney, 25, of 312 Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for ephedrine restriction. No bond set.

n 4:42 a.m. Wednesday - Richard Todd Allen, 57, of 316 S Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for public inotxication. Bond: $300.

n 5:57 a.m. Wednesday - Deborah Jo Marshall, 41, of 415 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.

n 1:47 p.m. Wednesday - Stacy Sue Swinehart, 46, of 377 EMS B17 Lane, North Webster, arrested probation violation. Bond: $10,000.

n 8:07 p.m. Wednesday - Rachel Marie Busz, 23, of 3410 Blackford Drive, Tippecanoe, arrested for two counts of failure to appear and two counts of check deception. Bond; $1,8000.

n 4:27 a.m. today - James David Rodgers, 28, of 8970 W. CR 300S, South Whitely, arrested for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.

Nicoll, 34, Logansport. Injuries: Fierstos complained of chest pain; Miriam Fierstos, 83, Maple Court, North Manchester, a passenger in Fierstos; vehicle suffered a chest bruise; Leroy G. Fierstos, 86, Maple Court North Manchester, a passenger in Fierstos; vehicle, complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
